Georgiann started with the firm in 1981 and became partner in 1996. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a dual B.S. degree in secondary mathematics and elementary education. Prior to obtaining her CPA license, she taught high school math in the Rockwood Area School District. Georgiann was past secretary-treasurer of the Cambria/Somerset Estate Planners Council, has taught accounting courses sponsored by various organizations, and has been involved with several youth programs.

She resides in the Shanksville area with her husband, Chris. They have two children, Nicholas and Cassandra.
